With this West Beach property, my clients were downsizing from their larger family home to a property they had previously built for rental purposes by the beach. I was engaged to make the home a real entertainer’s paradise for this couple. This entailed some modifications to all the living areas and kitchen, lots of custom joinery, window treatments throughout the house, a new custom-built study upstairs and new furniture throughout. Plus a magnificent outdoor area inclusive of a pool.
